In order to improve the employment environment where employees can exercise their abilities and work pleasantly in a good work-life balance, we will formulate the following action plan.

Target:
To reduce overtime by 5% compared to the previous year by March 31, 2025.
Measures:
1Clarify the causes in each department, consider the measures to take in each department, including the setting of No Overtime Days, and report and check the results of permeation at business division meetings and management meetings.
2Thoroughly give labor management guidance to management supervisors, respond immediately by business trips involving overnight lodging for a remote site, and directly go to and from the site depending on the business content.
3Eliminate overtime imbalance by improving and equalizing the technological level.
